One Drive Status Symbols

When you look at the files in your computer, do you ever wonder what those little icons are under status?

Those icons let you knowthe availability of the files in your One Drive folder.

How to Change the Status of a Sync'd File

• If a file/folder is set to "Always keep on this device", or a green circle with a white check mark, right mouse click the file, and select "Free Up Space"
• If a file/folder has the cloud next to it and you want to make it available when you have no internent connection, righ mouse click the file and select "Always keep on this device".
