IT Service Desk

IT Services don't configure themselves.  The IT Serivce Desk talks to the experts, the customers, and the resource managers to bring together a Service Catalog to help customers get it done.

Sometimes, a system or IT Service will not respond the way you expect, or not respond at all.  The IT Service Desk will attempt to restore the normal operation of a system or IT service at first call.  If further assistance is needed we will get you in touch with the right experts to fix the problem as quickly as possible.

We put the services together, fix them when they break, and we also help you learn how to use them.  The IT Service Desk provides training and documentation for the services offered by IT.
