Official Electronic Signature
The University has an official electronic signature template. Please don’t include images as part of your electronic signature. They increase the size of an email message and may slow its transmission. Also, images tend to show up as attachments for the recipients. Electronic signatures should include the information as shown below in examples.
You can copy the text below to paste into your Outlook for the Web signature.

To create a signature:
- Open your campus email from a browser by going to https://webmail.louisiana.edu. Log in using your ULID@louisiana.edu and password. You can find more information about your campus webmail on our Outlook Webmail page.
- Look for the Gear icon at the top right of the page, then select "View All Outlook Settings"
- Select, "Compose & Reply" and then you should see your Signature Blank.
- You can use the template above to copy and paste your preferred signature into the Email SIgnature blank here. Edit the information and then hit SAVE.
