- Once logged in click "Request Files":
- This will bring to the email that you will send requesting the files needed. You can request files from contacts both inside and outside the University.
- The person you are requesting files will receive a "New Files Request Notification" email.
- If the person is either outside of the University or does not have a MoveIT account they will receive an additional email providing login information.
- Once the person uploads and sends the requested files you will be notified by email that they are available to be accessed.
- To access the files that were sent you can either click on the link in the notification email or go directly to https://transferit.louisiana.edu to login.
- You will find the package you requested waiting for you under "My Packages" and then "Inbox"
- Click on the Files Request to access the files that were sent to you.
