    Adding Credit to Papercut

    Follow the steps below for adding credit to your Papercut account.
    Please note that once Cajun Cash is transferred to print quota it is nonrefundable.

    1. Load money on to your Cajun Card (The only form of payment accepted is Cajun Cash. Please visit the Cajun Card site to get more information about loading money to your account.)

    2. Log in to the PaperCut site

    Internet Router Maintenance April 2

    Fri, 03/31/2023 - 10:00am -- David Savoie

    This weekend, UL Lafayette IT will be conducting scheduled maintenance on the Internet Routers for the campus.

    Planned Start Time: Sunday, April 02, 2023 at 8:00 am

    Planned Stop Time: Sunday, April 02, 2023 at 10:00 am

    Scope of Maintenance:  Network Services will be performing maintenance on the campus Internet routers.

    Affected Services:  Wired, wireless, and VPN networks on campus will see brief interruptions in service to and from the Internet and/or the data center as maintenance steps take place.

    One on One Video Chat using Microsoft Teams

    You Faculty, Staff and Students you need to have one on one converasation with their students or coworkers you can do that using Teams Chat. The University does not have a Unversity license for Zoom. Some academic departments use it but if you need a way to video chat, Teams Chat is the proper way to video chat. You can use this page for instruction on just how to do that. We have a Microsoft Team Page with options and Tutorials as well.

    Remove Exchange Account from iPhone

    iOS

    1. Go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars. The Accounts screen will open.
    2. On the Accounts screen, tap the Exchange Account you want to remove.
    3. Scroll down and click Delete Account. A warning window will open.
    4. On the warning window, click Delete Account to finish. You have successfully deleted your Exchange account.
