The recent update to JAVA has caused some applications that use JAVA such as WebAID and Banner to display some unusual behavior.
The most common is that drop down menus do not appear when you click on Menu links on computers using multiple monitors. This happens when the window running the application is displayed in a secondary monitor. To correct the issue, move the application window to the primary monitor.
We have a preferred (older) version of Java for Banner and Webaid on the following page.
You can backup important computer files on OneDrive like your Desktop, Documents, and Pictures files.
Select the OneDrive cloud icon in the notification area, at the far right of the taskbar.
Select More > Settings.

1. Using your wireless device, find and connect to the GeauxGuest SSID.
2. If a browser window does not open immediately to take you to Device Registration, open a browser window and type http://ragincajuns.com in the address bar. You should then be redirected to the Device Registration page.
3. Enter your name, phone number, mobile carrier, and email address into the boxes provided. These will be used to send a single-use code to you to complete your registration. Please read the Terms of Use, and accept by marking the checkbox.

Networking Services maintains a wired network to provide connection to the internet from campus.
Wired connections require a device equipped with a network interface card (NIC) configured for DHCP, or documented static configuration and a CAT 5e or CAT 6 RJ-45 unshielded twisted pair (UTP) patch cable, and registration on the network.
The PC Depot performs all maintenance and repair of University owned computer systems. The PC Depot staff are Dell Certified technicians who are highly knowledgeable in troubleshooting, warranty repair, and routine maintenance.
There are also skilled Mac experts on hand to assist with the repair or warranty work on any University owned Apple device.
