University Owned Machines
If you have a University owned machine, please submit a request to have the software installed by IT.

Academic access is provided to UL Lafayette students who require door access to fulfill academic or programmatic requirements. The department determines access needs, and the permissions are granted and terminated in alignment with the academic schedule each semester.
Due to the ever changing world of streaming devices and gaming consoles, these instructions are a general guideline of where the MAC address for devices are normally located.
The MAC address location of your specific device may be slightly different.
MAC address are always listed using the 0-9 and A-E as:

OR
00-00-00-00-00-00
Many networked devices are designed for home use, as opposed to a managed network such as GeauxWiFi. As a result, these devices will either simply will not work with the Campus network, or will cause interference with GeauxWiFi.
Known problematic devices:
The University of Louisiana at Lafayette and the Student Government Association (via STEP) are proud to offer Office 365 ProPlus at no cost to our faculty, staff, and students.
The server which hosts the UAchieve and WebAid services will undergo maintenance on Thursday, July 3rd from approximately 7:30 to 8:00 AM. The service interruption should be brief. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you send a message and the the person who is suppose to receive the message does not receive it, one of the following bounce back errors may appear in your mailbox:
University of Louisiana at Lafayette policy states that once you have separated from the University (for reasons other than retirement), you will no longer have access to University IT resources.
Tips to help you make a smooth transition from the University:
Operator Services provides the public with information concerning the University, ensuring accuracy of call redirection for business and academic affairs, and provides Assistance in emergencies.
Office hours for Operator Services are from 7:30 AM through 5:00 PM on Monday through Thursday and 7:30 AM through 12:30 PM on Fridays.
