New or upgraded operating systems or software purchases can be obtained through University Computer Support Services. Software purchases which do not fall into any of the categories below must be made via requisition with approval from the Information Technology CIO.

You don't really log "into" Banner. Banner is the term to describe the entire system of components. It is the individual components that you actually log into.
Yes, all email addresses and aliases that you have will be moved to Office 365. However, you will only be able to receive email at these aliases. The official first.last@louisiana.edu email address is the only address you will be able to send from during the first phase of the Office 365 roll-out. For more information on Aliases please refer to our Alias request form here.
You can access your PaperCut account can be accessed by clicking on the details link of the PaperCut application or by going to https://papercutng.louisiana.edu.
