    University Email Moving from Zimbra to Microsoft Office 365

    The University is switching email service providers from Zimbra to Microsoft Office 365's cloud-based email service. The conversion will happen from about 1 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 9, until 7:30 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 12. You will not be able to send or receive emails during this period. Once the conversion is complete, you will see your email in Office 365's web interface.

    TeamDynamix is a cloud-based platform that provides a centralized solution for customers to access services and submit support requests through the web interface. Technicians can track work and communications efficiently through ticket completion. Future enhancements include integrations with other IT systems, a knowledge base for end users, and integrated project management.

    ULINK Outage

    The ULink portal is experiencing technical difficulties.  The landing page is not the correct page.  Please be patient as technical support teams work to correct the issue.
