Printing Services

We are a full service printing and production facility serving the printing and copying needs of the University community.

Consulting with Printing Services in the early stages of publication development is encouraged. This pre-planning step greatly enhances the effectiveness, quality and timeliness of the printed piece. A Request for Printing form must be completed before any work begins on your project. If you need a quote, please email printingservices@louisiana.edu.

Faculty and staff may utilize any of the CopyGuard copiers located in different areas around campus with their Cajuncard. Use the CopyGuard forms to request account authorization and user authorization.

The CopyGuard copiers are located in the following buildings: Bourgeois 122B, Conference Center 126, Dupré Library112, FG Mouton 312, Foster 106, Griffin 221, Hamilton 309, Madison 106, Maxim Doucet 217, Montgomery 202, Oliver 201B, Picard 223, Rougeou 253 and Wharton 402.

Please call (337) 482-6341 to arrange a consultation or visit us Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM except University holidays. Printing Services is located at 439 Coliseum Drive.
