Using a Mac with Office 365 and Getting Read Only?

Some of our Faculty, Staff & Students who use Macs download and run Microsoft Office 365 just like the Windows PCs. Some users are experiencing errors with their documents which causes them to be marked as read only. We have some options here to try so you may be able to fix it. If not please bring it to the IT Service Desk and we can see if we can help you.
