VSaaS - Video Security as a Service

ITSO offers an enterprise level security video management platform to deliver a managed, supported, scalable, and cost efficient “one-stop” service.

VSaaS Description

The service provides 24x7x365 access to video recorded from cameras installed at UL Lafayette. Video is presented via a web portal in a timeline format for searching, review and downloading. Video is recorded on motion and is stored for a minimum of 15 days. Customers are issued a user account specific to their cameras.

ITSO coordinates and manages the service offering for the customer including system design, installation and configuration, maintenance, and customer billing.
