In an effort to lower costs for students by moving toward a standard response system, the UL Lafayette Bookstore and Office of Faculty Affairs recommends the i>clicker as the standard student response system. Moving to a standard technology allows students to buy and resell the i>clicker as needed and limits the types of response systems that faculty and students must learn.

Service Description
All video conferencing resources are scheduled through the IMN Media Services office, including classes for credit and non-credit, meetings, and other university-related activities. Three classroom facilities are available for University personnel; a fourth facility is available for public rental.

ULink's new look and features announced
The Office of Communications and Marketing conducted research last year to see how students and employees use ULink and to identify opportunities for improvement. Data collected from surveys, focus groups, and user testing led to ULink's redesign and reorganization.
