UPDATE - Outlook Users - Global Address List Problems

It appears the Global Address List display issue has been corrected.  If you are still experiencing problems, call the IT Help Desk.


For those of you who manage your email using Microsoft Outlook, there seems to be an issue with accessing the Global Address List, which is the directory of on-campus email addresses.

The problem - when you click on the "To" button while composing a new mail message, or you open the Address Book, the computer "thinks" for a while and returns an empty address list.

The solution - the Zimbra Administration team is researching the issue for a solution.

In the meantime, the Global Address List is available using the web interface of Zimbra,
