No User Account in Moodle

Due to vulnerabilities in internet browsers, updates to security features have been made which may cause problems with web based applications like Moodle.

One recent update to Chrome has cause issues that may cause you to receive a message like " logged in, but cannot associate your username

to connect to your Moodle page."

You can do a couple of things to get past this error:

  • Clear your internet cache (Clear Cache In Chrome)
  • Try another browser.  Firefox seems to have the fewest amount of bugs with respect to Moodle.
