University Holiday Schedule and IT

The University will be closed in observance of the Christmas and New Year holidays beginning December 14, 2018 at 12:30 PM.  The University will reopen Thursday, January 3, 2019 for normal business hours. 

During this time the UL Information Technology team will take time off to spend with friends and family. IT Service Desk phones will be routed to our after hours call center and the IT Service Desk email will be monitored throughout the break by on-call agents.

If you have questions, concerns, or need assistance, please call the IT Service Desk at 337-482-4357, or email ithelp@louisiana.edu.  In the event of critical system failures or outages, technicians will be contacted and deployed to remediate those issues.  All non-urgent requests will be handled appropriately.
