- Team Creation: We will create the new Microsoft Team, establishing its foundational structure within your organization's Microsoft 365 environment.
- Initial Ownership Assignment: We will assign the primary owner(s) for the new Team, who will then have administrative control over its members, channels, and settings.
- Naming Convention Guidance: We provide guidance on best practices for Team naming to ensure consistency and easy discoverability within the organization.
- Member Management Guidance: We will provide instructions and best practices for owners on how to add and manage Team members.
- Resource Provisioning (Underlying): The creation of a Team automatically provisions underlying Microsoft 365 resources such as a SharePoint site for file storage, an Exchange mailbox for calendar and email, and a OneNote notebook.
