This service provides authorized faculty and staff with secure and reliable access to a suite of critical student information systems. These systems are essential for managing academic records, financial aid, course registration, personal information, and other aspects of the student experience.

  • 24/7 Availability: Access to systems is generally available around the clock, 7 days a week, subject to scheduled maintenance windows.
  • Secure Access: All access is secured through multi-factor authentication (MFA) and adheres to institutional data privacy and security policies to protect sensitive student information.
  • Centralized Access Point: Users typically access these systems through a central portal or single sign-on (SSO) solution, streamlining the login process.
  • Comprehensive Functionality for Students:
    • Academic Records: View grades, unofficial transcripts, academic standing, and degree progress.
    • Course Registration: Search for courses, register for classes, drop/add courses, and view class schedules.
    • Financial Aid: View financial aid awards, accept/decline aid, and check financial aid status.
    • Student Accounts: View tuition bills, make payments, and manage refunds.
    • Personal Information Management: Update contact information, emergency contacts, and preferred name.
    • Holds & To-Do Lists: View any holds on their account and outstanding tasks.
