This service provides support for students, faculty, and staff who are experiencing issues accessing their university account (ULID). Our goal is to quickly identify and resolve login problems so you can regain access to essential campus systems.
What We Help With
We assist with a variety of account access issues, including:
- Password resets and account recovery
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA) issues
- Locked, expired, or inactive accounts
- Login errors or failed authentication attempts
- Issues after password changes
- Browser, device, or connectivity-related login problems
Your ULID provides access to key university services such as email, Moodle, Banner, Wi-Fi, VPN, and campus computers, so resolving these issues quickly is a priority.
