Self-Service Password Reset

Reset your password if you know your current password

Click the Self-Service Password Reset Password button on this page and follow the prompts on the password reset utility.

Reset your password if you DON'T know your current password

To use this function, it is required to have already configured Security Questions during your initial password setup. 

1. Go to the ULID Forgotten Password site.
2. Enter your ULID, First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth (ex. YYYY-MM-DD) and Last 4 digits of your SSN, then click Continue.
3. Enter the Answers you would've entered for the displayed Security Questions, then click Check Answers.

   NOTE: Answers are case-sensitive!!

4. Last, you will be prompted to set up a new password and to verify the new password. Click Change Password to complete the process.
