RingCentral Phone Service

What is it?

The Network Services team provides phone services for the UL Lafayette campus. This includes assigning or changing phone numbers, installing and adjusting desk phones, managing call groups and trees, removing old phones, offering service consultations, and more. You can request the following services:

  • New Service:  Request a new phone number for a new employee or department/unit.
  • Existing Service: Request to reassign or cancel an extension, reset the voicemail password, etc.
  • Call Routing:  Create, modify, or remove a Automated Routing, Coverage Path, or Call Group
  • General RingCentral questions
