What Is It?
This service provides you the ability to request a new, modify an existing, or report an issue with a shared mailbox, also known as a 'department mailbox.'
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
Faculty and Staff. Student organizations can request a shared mailbox, but it must be sponsored by a full-time employee of the University.
