Here is the step-by-step process to get it running:

1. Access the Microsoft 365 Portal

  • Sign in with the work or school account that holds your Visio Plan 2 license.

2. Locate the Visio Download

Because Visio Plan 2 is a standalone subscription, it usually doesn't bundle with the standard "Microsoft 365 Apps" download.

  • In the top-right corner, click the Install and more button (sometimes labeled Install Office).

  • Select Install Microsoft 365 apps or Other install options.

  • This will take you to your My Account page. On the left-hand sidebar (or the main dashboard), select Apps & devices.

3. Install the Desktop App
