ULID: Activate your Account

Step-by-Step Activation Guide

1. Access the Activation Page
   • Enter the following information:
     • Username (ULID) (format: Use zeros (0) – not the letter O i.e. C00XXXXXX)
     • Last Name
     • First Name
     • Date of Birth (format: Use the year-month-date i.e. 2000-01-30)
   • You should see: "Your user account has been successfully activated. Be sure to complete the process, or you will be able to access your account."
2. Click Continue
3. Set Your Password
   • Enter and confirm your new password in the fields provided. Click Change Password
     Confirmation message: "Your password has been changed successfully"
4. Click Continue
5. Set Up Security Questions
   • Enter the answers to your chosen security questions. Click Save Answers
     Confirmation message: "Thank you. Your secret questions and answers have been successfully saved. If you ever forget your password, you can use the answer to these questions to reset your password."
     Note: Answers are case-sensitive. We recommend using all lowercase letters.
6. Click Continue
   • Final message: "You are now logged out"
