Microsoft Forms are now Available!

Microsoft Forms are now Available!

Now you can use Microsoft Forms by going to forms.office.com and logging in with your ULID@louisiana.edu and password.

You can then create the Form you need and choose to share it with only members of your organization (Faculty, Staff & Students) or with the outside world. This can replace Survey Monkey and other third party web apps.
