E-Lock service provides an alternative to giving brass keys for access to areas. An e-lock can be configured to allow access to specific individuals during certain times, while maintaining logs of usage. Access to e-Locks can be modified at any time without having to visit the door.

The Emergency Notification System notifies you in the event of an emergency and disseminates urgent information to the campus.
To contact Operator Services, just dial 0# from any campus telephone. If you are calling from outside the University, dial (337)482-1000.
All video conferencing resources are scheduled through the AV Services office, including classes for credit and non-credit, meetings, and other university-related activities. Three classroom facilities are available for University personnel; a fourth facility is available for public rental.
